Our process is rooted in intention, not transaction. Each phase is carefully designed to bring clarity, build trust, and ensure your story is told with the cultural depth and emotional authenticity it deserves.

THE FOUNDATION

A video consultation about your wedding events and how you actually envision them being documented. If we are good match, a signed agreement and a 25% retainer will secure your date on the studio calendar.

the archive

You will receive sneak peeks after the wedding, and then your complete gallery and films will arrive — colorized, sequenced, and built to be part of your family's archive, not just your camera roll.

the creative build

Our creative director will design your unique coverage plan. Over time, we will prepare an internal call sheet built from your event timeline, inspo photos, preferred music, and other insights. You will recieve personalized recommendations for offsite portrait locations, timing adjustments and more to curate your archive.

The celebration

Your only job on your wedding day is to be fully present with your loved ones and each other. On our end, every question has already been answered, so there’s no problem-solving in real time. We are tuned in, and focused entirely on what is unfolding in front of us.
